Do I have to install it on my computer?

Celebrant Planner is cloud-based software, which means there’s nothing to download, nothing to install, and nothing to update when we release new features. Just create an account and you can access an always-up-to-date Celebrant Planner from anywhere you have an internet connection.

How long will it take to set up?

We are an end-to-end platform, so unlike many of our competitors, we do all of your set-up for you. We’ve had clients onboarded overnight, but sometimes it may take a little longer than that.  Website subscriptions can take up to a week.

Is the Celebrant Planner payments system safe?

Yes. All credit card payments are processed securely through a PCI compliant payment gateway such as Stripe and PayPal and are passed through a secure server using the latest SSL encryption technology. Celebrant Planner do not store any credit card information on their servers which ensures all payment details are safe and secure. 

Can I take bookings on my website?

A booking system isn’t much use if your customers can’t find it, so we make it as easy as possible for you to get it out there. A link to view your availability and make a Booking can easily be added to your own website, which takes payments too. This will keep your customers squarely on your site while they make their booking.

How do the automated forms work?

This cannot be any simpler! All of the Official Forms such as the NOIM, Official Certificate of Marriage and Declaration of Legal Impediment to Marriage are all available from your portal for you or your Clients to access. Once they are filled in, all forms are automatically generated as a PDF ready to be saved in your preferred filing system.
